CEMINTEL Barestone cladding sheets have been carefully selected to compliment the restored & painted stucco brickwork, which has been applied to the original facade. The original hardwood flooring has been refinished, along with restoration and upgrade of the existing interior bedrooms and bathroom.
Complimentary to the project, has been the clients painstaking collection of relics and items dug from the site during demolition. These pieces have been meticulously presented throughout the landscaping surrounding the new addition.
The refurnished entrance hallway invites the occupant through to a light filled living area and kitchen, with natural light streaming onto the exposed aggregate concrete floor. With a strong emphasis on passive solar design, natural light fills the northern building face, with a hydronic heating system to offer continuous warmth. All new windows include high grade double glazing, with considered high level windows to also capture the adjoining roof peaks and gables.
Together with the lovingly regenerated garden and landscaping, this revitalised home will offer many future years of sustainable and harmonious comfort. Thank you to Barry & Linda for inviting Ark group into their dreams and vision.
