Gingell Street

Presented with a significant sloping site, the challenge was to situate a contemporary split level townhouse alongside a heritage Victorian home, providing a transition between the old and new.

Subtle building materials

Subtle building materials, mixed with rich timber and muted tones, seek to compliment the street setting, in particular, the street lined oak trees, which are a prominent feature of the surrounding area.

Well lighted rooms provide the house with an enhanced sense of space, with windows positioned to take full advantage of township views and features.
